AWEFUL HVAC Company!!!! The "kid" technician parked his van at the corner of my property and sat in the van for over 45 minutes then left. I sat at the front door watching him and he never got out, came to the door, or my Unit. I have a dog at the unit to start barking to protect my unit. THen, the Tech drove away after which I received an Email bill saying the unit was serviced. InCredible! Then,.... the pictures attached were not our unit!!!!!! I felt completely scammed. They sent me a BIll with attached pictures of another unit not mine. Note the pictures below. Mine is the Goodman. What do you say about a company that charges you for service which they did not render on a unit which you don't have, & their technician sits in the van for 45+ minutes doing whatever and then after confrontation with mgt. they won't do anything to make it right- They did retract the bill..... But would not come out and give me a free service. I have the email, the Bill and the Pictures.... I DO NOT recommend this Corporation. These are not the original people who installed my unit. This is just a big corporation that doesn't care, and charges for work not rendered!

william was extremely professional, courteous and timely. he gave us a range of costs that were honest and accurate. we chose to replace as opposed to repair. he returned with the new unit, and installed in one day. he was determined to get us hot water for the evening. He was a joy to work with. we have always had impeccable and timely service from ER plumbing. We have used them for 15 years and never hesitate to call.

When the air conditioning went out, I knew I was going to be facing a huge bill, and of course i'm skeptical, anytime I call someone. Carlos came out and not only did he fix the air conditioning quickly. He did it for a very reasonable price and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. What an outstanding young man. He is an asset to this business. We were so happy we signed up for maintenance contracts. Happy customer.

Excellent Service. A technician came the same day. He was excellent. Completed all the work, he was thorough, polite and explained everything. I am very satisfied and reccomend ER Services and their technician Bo Sadler. I had a very stressful day, with 2 leaks to deal with. My refrigerator water line leaked & sprayed all over. In addition, my kitchen sink was leaking & draining into the cabinet below. The technician resolved both of these issues & removed my old garbage disposal. All work was done to my satisfaction. These guys are great. Renee set everything up from the start & Bo finished the job. 👍 A+++ THANK YOU.

Kind, accurate, professional friendly service. Timely, same-day as appointment cost estimation by Bo Sadler. Greatly appreciated. Grateful for financing options! Plus helpful repair solutions concerning same plumbing repair area items. Did a great Job, repaired water line, built washer box. I now have running water!
